About Me

RESEARCH EXPERTISE:     

  • Planning, execution and prototype product development of electrochemical biosensing platforms.

  • Development of different antibody-based immunosensing platforms for the monitoring of various diseases. 

  • Surface functionalization with thiol self-assembled monolayers, EDC+NHS coupling, nanoparticle immobilization, enzyme immobilization, antibody immobilization methods.

  • Applications of carbon nanotubes, graphene nanomaterials, tyrosinase, and laccase enzyme-based sensors and biosensors for the monitoring of natural antioxidants, drugs, neurotransmitters, and environmental pollutants 

  • Evaluation of kinetic parameters such as diffusion coefficient, heterogeneous rate constants and analytical parameters. Enzyme kinetics and mechanism pathway of enzyme towards specific analyst.

  • Practical applications of the developed sensors and biosensors for the quantitative estimation in human saliva, blood serum, food beverages and water samples.  

  • Hands on experience with clinical sample analysis (Covid-19 positive sample analysis).
