Planning, execution and prototype product development of electrochemical biosensing platforms.

Development of different antibody-based immunosensing platforms for the monitoring of various diseases.

Surface functionalization with thiol self-assembled monolayers, EDC+NHS coupling, nanoparticle immobilization, enzyme immobilization, antibody immobilization methods.

Applications of carbon nanotubes, graphene nanomaterials, tyrosinase, and laccase enzyme-based sensors and biosensors for the monitoring of natural antioxidants, drugs, neurotransmitters, and environmental pollutants

Evaluation of kinetic parameters such as diffusion coefficient, heterogeneous rate constants and analytical parameters. Enzyme kinetics and mechanism pathway of enzyme towards specific analyst.

Practical applications of the developed sensors and biosensors for the quantitative estimation in human saliva, blood serum, food beverages and water samples.
